Autumn brings news with the smell of white truffle to Gubbio, with events, star chefs, food bloggers and conferences on the tastiest weekend of the year: back “Gubbio Land of Truffles” , Mostra Mercato del Tartufo Bianco e dei prodotti agro alimentari.
The event, now in its 41st edition, is an appointment of absolute importance among the autumn festivals, both for the extraordinary quality of the local white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) and other delicacies present in the exhibition spaces (pasture cheeses, norcinerie, selected meats, oil, honey, traditional sweets etc..), and for the prestigious location in the heart of Gubbio’s historic center.
