From that point Michele has carried on an activity based on these profound values, directly selecting the products to offer to his customers and retaining them. Yes, because Michele wants his customers to be so amazed by the quality of the products he offers them, that they can then buy them for the whole year.

We have focused a lot on the quality of the products we offer. In addition to fresh truffles we have developed very high quality truffle sauces. But the real specialty of our sauces is that after eating them they don’t cause gastric reflux problems.

The invention of the Amaromatto

In July 2021 Michele gave the paternity to Amaromatto, the digestive of herbs from Gubbio from a selection of local herbs. In addition to creating a product with infusion of local herbs, his idea was also to pay homage with the name of the product “Amaromatto” to the history of the city of Gubbio, which has always been known worldwide as “the city of fools.
